Responsive Fan Site
A fan site that looks designed on a phone and a laptop — not stretched, not squashed.
Build a multi-section fan site (band, game, sport, or book) with a flexbox layout, a CSS-art accent, and a mobile-friendly stacking plan.
Must include
- ✅A header plus at least two content rows laid out with flexbox ideas
- ✅A card or feature that uses a reusable class
- ✅A written mobile plan: what stacks, what stays in a row
- ✅One CSS-art flourish (shape, gradient, or creature)
Stretch goals
- 🌟Add a third page-like section (Tour, Recipes, or Stats)
- 🌟Make the header a wrapping nav row
- 🌟Document two breakpoints in comments
